Position Overview

Operations Coordinators are responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of daily business operations. They help ensure that operational tasks, schedules, resources, and internal processes are managed efficiently and completed on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with different teams to support smooth business performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Assist in managing work schedules, reports, documentation, and operational requirements.

Communicate with internal teams, supervisors, and management regarding task progress and updates.

Monitor workflows and help identify delays, issues, or areas for improvement.

Maintain accurate records of operational activities, transactions, reports, and communications.

Support the implementation of company procedures, process improvements, and service standards.

Assist in preparing reports, tracking performance, and organizing operational data.

Coordinate resources, materials, or personnel as needed to support daily operations.

Help resolve routine operational concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational, coordination, and time-management abilities.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using computers, email, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and communication platforms.

Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in documentation and reporting.

Ability to work well with different teams and departments.

Previous experience in operations, administration, coordination, customer service, logistics, or related roles is an advantage.

Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays when required.
