Position Overview

Supply Chain Analysts are responsible for analyzing supply chain data, monitoring operational performance, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize processes. They support decision-making by evaluating inventory levels, demand trends, supplier performance, logistics activities, and overall supply chain workflows. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide practical recommendations that support cost-effective and reliable operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Monitor inventory levels, demand patterns, order fulfillment, supplier performance, and logistics activities.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to support operational decision-making.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, operations, and finance teams to support supply chain performance.

Assist in forecasting, planning, and tracking supply chain requirements.

Evaluate supplier and vendor performance based on cost, quality, delivery, and reliability.

Identify potential delays, shortages, or operational issues and recommend corrective actions.

Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, reports, and performance data.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Proficient in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, databases, and productivity software.

Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, procurement, inventory management, or operations is an advantage.

Ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and present recommendations clearly.

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to coordinate with different departments and external partners.

Organized, results-driven, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, data analysis, or operations is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with backgrounds in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business, logistics, or related fields are welcome to apply.
